Whitewater Creek is a exclusive, gated, golf course, tennis and swim community with 4 lakes and magnificent homes. It is located on the east side of nationally recognized Peachtree City and five miles south of Fayetteville Georgia on Redwine Road. Whitewater Creek is a private, gated community of 350 homes. The newest phase is The Registry at Whitewater Creek. A Homeowners Association with an Architectural Control Committee governs the WWC Community. The committee´s function is to preserve the natural beauty of the property, to provide for the efficient administration of the development of the property and thereby enhance the value of the homes and community. All home sites are an acre plus in size and homes have a minimum size of 3200-3600 sq ft. Architectural designs are varied and are approved by the ACC.
Dogwood Lake, Redwine Lake, and Whitewater Creek run through the neighborhood. There is an Amenity package for all homeowners for tennis and swim. Whitewater Creek Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer. It is a private club owned by Canongate Golf (www.canongategolf.com ), and has a wonderful clubhouse with bar and restaurant.
